About the Speaker

Devindranauth (Dev) Bissoon is the Senior Infrastructure Specialist in the Division of Mitigation and Adaptation at the Green Climate Fund in the Republic of Korea where he plays a pivotal role in originating and structuring innovative climate change adaptation and mitigation projects and supports developing countries to access climate finance to deliver transformative and impactful climate action. Dev has over 20 years’ experience with various international organizations and holds Degrees in Climate Change and Development, Construction Management, and Civil Engineering. He is a member of PMI and holds the PMP credential.
